Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Please notify your therapist within 24 hours if you need to cancel your appointment. Any cancellations less than 24 hours will result in a $25 cancellation fee. Clients who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time will be considered a no call/no show. The appointment will be cancelled and the $25 cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, no cancellation fee will apply.
